Dear Patient,

Last month (November 2017) we had 141 patient appointments that were not attended and missed, this was a decrease from the 152 appointments missed for October 2017.

We are trying to reduce this in order to make more appointments available to you.

Please if you are unable to attend your appointment please let us know so we can offer it to someone else.
